Farming has been a lifelong adventure for Jason. He was born and raised on a farm outside of Estevan, and continues this adventure alongside his wife Sherrill and their three daughters, Megan, Marci and Gracie. In addition to the family farming operation, Jason has also had a 30-year global career in the Auction Industry from which he retired in 2019. He is also a founding partner in Weyburn Industrial Transload, established in 2020. Jason has been involved in various other businesses as both an active and silent partner.

Serving as the Reeve since 2021, Jason is looking forward to working with council as they continue to move the R.M. of Estevan forward in a positive and progressive motion. He will support local business, ag producers and ratepayers by ensuring the RM has keeps a balanced budget, while striving to generate future businesses.
