Road Restriction Order

FIRST ORDER

IN ACCORDANCE with Bylaw No. 2017-3 of the Rural Municipality of Estevan No. 5, and with regulations prescribed by the Minister of Highways and Transportation;

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that:

1.         Effective at 12:01 C.S.T. on the 26th day of March 2026 and until further notice:

            (a)  The maximum gross weights that may be transmitted through any point or points of contact of vehicles when operating or moving on the roads specified in paragraph 2 of this order shall not exceed 12,000 lbs.

2.         This restriction applies to ONLY the following roads in The Rural Municipality of Estevan No. 5

·         Range Road 2081 from Township Road 25 to Township Road 32 (Airport Road)

·         Township Road 32 (Airport Road) from Range Road 2080 to Highway 47N

·         Township Road 34 from Highway 47N to Highway 39
