🟡Live On Site Auction - No online bidding. Must be on site to bid, may have a proxy bid on your behalf.🟡
Offered as a Combined Land Package:
🔸 Parcel K - 4.12 acres, bare land commercial lot
🔸 Parcel L - 4.12 acres, bare land commercial lot
Terms of the sale:
🔸 The parcels shall be offered for sale as a single combined package;
🔸 Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids;
🔸 Highest bidder may not necessarily be accepted;
🔸 Sale is subject to final approval by Council;
🔸 The successful bidder shall enter into a purchase agreement with the municipality at the time of sale;
🔸 Winning bid must be accompanied by a deposit of 10% of the total bid amount by certified cheque or bank draft;
🔸 The successful bidder will have 30 days to pay the balance of the bid amount or the deposit will be forfeited;
🔸 The property is sold “as is” with no representations or warranties made by the R.M.
