Notice of Discretionary Use

Pursuant to Section 55 of the Planning and Development Act, 2007, the Council of the Rural Municipality of Estevan No. 5, gives notice that a discretionary use application has been received and the details are as follows:
DISCRETIONARY USE:
Expansion of a General Industry Type II Development located at Lot E in SE 18-2-7-W2 in the High Profile Commercial/Light Industrial Zoning District (HPCI).
Intended Discretionary Use:
The above noted property, which is indicated in red, is proposing to expand an existing shop to improve workflow and increase manufacturing capacity.
Public Hearing:
Council will hold a public hearing to receive any written or verbal submissions on the proposed discretionary use application on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (local time) in the Council Chambers of the RM of Estevan No. 5, #1-322 4th Street, Estevan, Saskatchewan. Written submissions will be presented to Council and can be delivered in to the RM office, or emailed to the following address: administrator@rmestevan.ca.
