Notice of Discretionary Use

Pursuant to Section 55 of the Planning and Development Act, 2007, the Council of the Rural
Municipality of Estevan No. 5, gives notice that a discretionary use application has been received and the details are as follows:
DISCRETIONARY USE:
General Industry Type II
Lot 25 in the NW 17-2-7-W2 (114 Mehler Dr.)
Intended Discretionary Use:
The proposed General Industry Type II discretionary use is being developed for a mobile concrete batch plant.
Public Hearing:
Council will hold a public hearing to receive any written or verbal submissions on the proposed discretionary use application at 11:00 a.m. (local time) on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers of the RM of Estevan No. 5, #1-322 4th Street, Estevan, Saskatchewan. Written submissions will be presented to Council and can be delivered to the RM office, or emailed at administrator@rmestevan.ca.
