Notice of Public Hearing: Discretionary Use Application

Pursuant to Section 55 of the Planning and Development Act 2007, the Council of the Rural

Municipality of Estevan No. 5, gives notice that a discretionary use application has been received and the details are as follows:

Proposed Development:

CANNABIS RETAIL OPERATION

High Profile Commercial/Light Industrial District

Blk/Par FF-Plan 79R00954 in the

SE-28-02-08-W2

Intended Discretionary Use:

The proposed discretionary application is to allow for the retail sale of cannabis, and cannabis accessories.

Public Hearing:

Council will hold a public hearing to receive any written or verbal submissions on the proposed discretionary use application at 11:00 a.m. (local time) on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, in the Council Chambers of the RM of Estevan No. 5, 1-322 4th Street, Estevan, Saskatchewan. Written submissions will be presented to Council and can be delivered to the RM office, emailed or faxed.
